Angels Baseball - Parking Cashier Supervisor (Part Time) - Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim (Anaheim CA, CA)


This position is seasonl/part-time and will work only when there are events at the stadium. 

This position reports to the Financial Analyst and Ballpark Operations. The Parking Cashier Supervisor oversees Parking Cashier operations including the supervision of approximately 40 part-time staff, counting, reconciling and depositing daily event sales. This position will also perform administrative duties related to staff management and cash controls. The Parking Cashier Supervisor must embrace the Angel Baseball philosophy of providing outstanding service to all the guests that enter Angel Stadium. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:



  • Work directly with the Finance department and Ballpark Operations departments
  • Management of Parking Cashier operations, including:
    • Collborate with Assistant Supervisors on the daily activities/duties of the department
    • Oversee Assistant Supervisors, Captains and Cashiers
    • Motivate staff and maintain positive employee morale through the use of positive reinforcement and employee recognition
    • Maintain a high standard of professionalism, objectivity, fairness and respect for fellow employees
    • Manage and reconcile the cash vault and ensure adequeate cash is available for events
    • Maintain inventory of parking ticket stock
    • Prepare and issue individual cashier banks and parking ticket stock for each event
    • Perform a cash audit of cashier(s) during each event
    • Calculate event sales and reconcile to cash collected
    • Identify and investigate cash discrepancies and communicate issues with the Finance Department
    • Prepare event deposit and replenish change funds
    • Prepare event revenue reporting package and submit to the Finance department after each event
    • Assist with employee scheduling when necessary
    • Administer the steps of progressive discipline for staff that fail to comply with Angels Baseball policies and procedures
    • Work with management to generate, execute and achieve process improvement goals
    • Other duties as assigned


  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience handling cash transactions, money and balancing a cash fund is a plus
  • Supervisory experience
  • Ability to prepare and maintain reports with accuracy
  • Ability to operate a 10-key calculator and currency counters
  • Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to deal diplomatically with the public, fellow employees and supervisors
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time and work in inclement weather
  • Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 10 pounds
  • Must be flexible to work all events at Angel stadium including days, evenings, weekends and holidays

Angels Baseball - Seasonal Security Host - Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim (Anaheim, CA)

Angels Baseball is required by Major League Baseball to enforce all of the rules and regulations concerning security. This Security Host position is directly responsible for any person that enters ballpark areas and strict enforcement of the MLB guidelines. This is a non-union position.

Position will act as lead role to disseminate information, obtained from media/credential guides, media relation’s representatives to other security personnel. Assists security personnel to ensure MLB and Angels Baseball security standards are met. Will be familiar with lists, guides and reference material provided by MLB. Communicates with stairway and elevator usher staff to insure limited access to the secured park locations. Handles all other duties as assigned.

High school diploma and prior journey level security guard experience and CPR certification desirable. Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and diplomacy, work well with others; establishing and maintaining effective relationships with fellow workers and supervisors, strong oral communication skills, works well under pressure, remaining calm yet tactful when required. Must be observant and have the ability to think clearly in emergencies; giving accurate instructions and information to others.

**Must have the ability to work flexible hours, including weekdays, weekends, holidays and evenings. Must be available minimum 4 hours prior to every game time.**
Must be able to pass a background investigation screening.

Administration/General Management: Administrative/Executive Assistant
Angels Baseball - Ticket Sales Office Coordinator - Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim (Anaheim, CA)


Provide general administrative support for the Marketing and Ticket Sales departments, primarily supporting a Ticket Sales and Marketing management staffs and reports to the Director, Ticket Sales. Day to day support related to ticket sales, sale-marketing, revenue targets and customer development including customer retention and new acquisition sales, group tickets, premium seats and single game sales.


  • Assists Director is managing and tracking budget expenditures and invoice tracking.
  • Administrates all routine correspondence, inbound call screening, visitor greetings and provides information or directs inquiries to proper channels or staff personnel.
  • Administrates and coordinates all customers’ fulfillment requirements related to season holder amenities including client correspondence, database management and hygiene, and account reconciliation.
  • Provides training and technical support to seasonal  Inbound Call Center staff, converting and fulfilling individual games sales tickets
  • Coordinates annual Client Seat upgrade event(s) inclusive of database management, appointment scheduling and coordination, event logistical support and event administrative lead.
  • Operates and maintains department’s office resources (i.e., fax, copier, printer, kitchen supplies etc.) including office supplies procurement
  • Works closely with the Marketing and Sales staff on a variety of reports and projects, i.e., presentations, staff or client hospitality arrangements,  promotion fulfillment, weekly notes, etc.
  • Performs miscellaneous duties and works on special projects as required by Director.
  • Handles and directs incoming electronic or phone in customer complaints


  • Bachelor’s / Associate’s degree preferred.
  • 3-4 years of related experience preferred. Past experience in fast-paced marketing or sales environment a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and punctuality
  • Computer proficiency is crucial to success in this role.  Specifically, candidate must possess intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel and must also be well-versed in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and utilization of the Internet.
  • Experience in Ticketmaster ticketing platforms is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • A professional appearance and telephone manner is essential.
  • Must have good command of the English language and be able to effectively and professionally communicate both verbally and via written correspondence.
