Position Summary

The role of the banquet cook is to safely prepare all banquet menu items for foodservice in a safe and sanitary environment.  The cook needs to be able to prep all bulk production for any banquet.  The cook needs to be able to prepare all food items while maintaining acceptable times.  The cook needs to be able to read a BEO(Banquet Event Order) and understand how to create firing times and panning assignments.  The cook needs to be able to follow standard recipes.   The cook needs to maintain a high level of performance, while ensuring guest satisfaction and profitability in accordance with the company’s service and operational standards.  The cook should follow the supervisor on duty.   

Essential Functions

  • Prepares all food items to order, following standard recipes and procedures within specified time limits.
  • Properly measures and assembles ingredients required for preparing the standard recipes
  • Cuts and/or portions meat, fish and poultry.
  • Uses scale to ensure proper portioning of food items and minimize waste of products.
  • Accepts or rejects ingredients based on quality and quantity.
  • Cleans, organizes, and maintains walk-in refrigerator, cooler drawers, prep and dry storage
  • Maintains work area in a clean, sanitary and safe manner
  • Understands and complies with food safety and temperature standards.
  • Assists with inventory control with proper production management to minimize waste
  • Maintains cleanliness and safety standards throughout the kitchen; follows and upholds all health codes and sanitation regulations
  • Ensures that all equipment is set up properly and operating efficiently and accurately
  • Ensures all workstations,  remain clean, sanitized, safe and sufficiently stocked

Position Summary

Position Summary

Essential Functions:

Food & Beverage Service duties

·         Participates in set-up of stand, arranges inventory, notifies Stand Leader of any inventory deficiency or shortages

·         Greets guests approaching stand

·         Prepares and serves food and beverage items in correct proportions, following proper sanitation guidelines according to Company standards and specifications

·         Serves alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification, adhering to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures.

Position Summary

Under the direction of the Concessions Manager and Level Supervisors, oversees operation of assigned concessions stand(s), including stock, sales and all cash receipts and supervises stand personnel, in accordance with the Company’s GuestPath Universal Service Standards and applicable Operational Standards. 

Essential Functions:

·         Supervises and coordinates activities of stand attendants and cooks; trains and assigns duties within the stand to meet guest needs

·         Observes, evaluates and documents job performances of cashiers and stand attendants.

·         Picks up operating bank and enforces company cash handling procedures

·         Advises and enforces company policy, safety regulations and sanitation while maintaining a productive and enjoyable working environment

Summary of Responsibilities:

This internship will involve observation of the various functions of Tickets Sales and Services department while receiving practical knowledge of game day responsibilities and project work. The intern will also learn customer service skills using all forms of communication utilized in the department.

Essential Functions of the Job:

• Observe how the Ticket Development, Fan Development, Season, Premium, and Group Sales departments establish a seamless transition from sales to service.
• Assist with game day responsibilities at all home games including pre-game entertainment and customer visits in suites and all-inclusive areas in order to learn the best practices for service oriented duties.
• Participate in group and individual projects as assigned to establish an understanding of how these contribute to the tickets sales department.
• Learn how to provide excellent customer service via all portals of communication including phone, email, face-to-face meetings, and Alive Chat.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• Current enrollment in an accredited program at a College or University required, at least Junior year.
• Experience in sales, preferably within the sports industry, preferred.
• Knowledge of Ticket.com Pro Venue ticketing platform preferred.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand on feet and walk comfortably for long periods of time.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
