					The Regional Sales Director oversees assigned regions and is ultimately responsible for establishing and maintaining all client relationships and growing revenues in the local markets. The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for all resulting revenues, high-level client relationships and budget responsibilities within the assigned region and managing sales team.
Essential Functions:&amp;nbsp;
Generate and cultivate new business through lead generation and client acquisition programs in the local area;&amp;nbsp;
Prospect for new clients through all necessary means, including but not limited to, trade conferences, establishing client referral programs, involvement in local box office associations and other similar groups, cold calling, and other marketing efforts;
Develop prospective client proposals that address the prospect&amp;rsquo;s needs and business goals with a business solution that fits within the scope of Tickets.com&amp;rsquo;s product and service offerings;
Establish financial models for all new contracts as well as renewals;
Sheppard each new business opportunity through the necessary process involving various groups, including Product Services, Finance and Legal;
Work with the sales management team to maintain and develop high-level relationships with existing clients;
Track all existing contracts and execute the proper tactical plan to ensure 100% success in renewals;

					Summary:
The Director of Major League Baseball Support is responsible for managing the support functions of all MLB clients as well as oversight of the relationships between Tickets.com and Major League Baseball Advanced Media (MLBAM) and StubHub. The individual in this position will directly manage MLB Program Managers who provide ticketing services and hardware support to our clients. This person will serve as an escalation point for client issues and as an advocate for resolution of internal or external issues. This individual will be the primary contact point for MLB management and Major League Baseball Advanced Media (MLBAM) contacts. Additionally, they will work with leadership from other functional areas of Tickets.com, including Configuration Management, Sales, Marketing, Integrated Services, etc., to find and maintain operational standards and efficiencies in our services.
Essential Job Functions:
&amp;bull; Manage and develop staff consisting of Client Service Representatives and Program Managers in multiple locations
&amp;bull; Participate and oversee daily/weekly/monthly calls with MLB clients, MLBAM and StubHub. 
&amp;bull; Maintain effective communication between Client Services and other Tickets.com departments, including Sales, Configuration Management, Integrated Services, Help Desk, and Call Center.
