The Sales and Service department of the Tampa Bay Rays is seeking energetic, outgoing, and enthusiastic individuals who have a desire to work with our sales force to support and drive awareness of our various sales initiatives.

We will have the following positions available for the corresponding time frames:

1 Box Office Intern (1/11 - 6/30/10)
2 Sales/Service Interns (1/11 - 6/30/10)
2 Suites/Groups Interns (2/22 - 9/30/10)
 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing support to the Sales Department in the form of clerical duties that directly pertain to our initiatives. Additional duties may include organizing, promoting and attending internal/external Sales events. Candidate will have game day/night duties. Candidates must meet the following criteria:

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in college or a recent graduate
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Previous sales/service experience a plus
• All internship offers are contingent on a satisfactory background check
• Local candidates preferred
