Facility Operations/Security: Event Guest Relations

Coordinator, Parking and Security - Texas Rangers Baseball Club (Arlington, TX)

Reports To: Director, Security and Parking
Status: Full-time with Day of Game responsibilities

Description of Duties:
• Interview potential candidates for Day of Game positions
• Conduct background investigations on potential candidates
• Schedule Parking and Security needs for all non-game related events
• Respond to parking inquires and complaints
• Keep all parking information current on the Rangers website
• On Day of Game and events, be in the field overseeing the parking operation

Requirements:
• College degree in hospitality, criminal justice, or communications is preferred
• Must meet all requirements to register with the Texas Department of Public Safety Security Board
• Must be well organized and possess excellent communication skills.
